Isabelle Kemlin is today working as Alliance Director at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, with 2016 revenues of $13.1 billion and more than 75,000 employees.
Until recently, Isabelle was the Key Account Executive at Veolia Nordic, a provider of an array of solutions related to water, waste and energy. Veolia has about 163 000 employees worldwide.
A little over a year ago Isabelle was the responsible for negotiating and closing a Vested Outsourcing Agreement, the first deal in the Nordics within the Facility Management sector. Also the first European agreement which went through a Vested Request for Partner process.
It is in this capacity and with the base in these experiences Isabelle is joining Sourcing Outlook 2017 to share her perspective on the agreement created with Telia Company. Isabelle will share her supplier perspective, what led up to deciding to move ahead with a Vested agreement, in what ways thinking and doing different was and is vital and what the lessons learned are.
