You have received the possibility to apply for a free of charge ticket to Sourcing Outlook 2017.
Thank you for taking the survey – in any case you will receive the survey summary (if your application does not fit the conditions for instance or the seats are fully booked). The terms and conditions will apply once your application has been approved, i.e do not apply unless you want to join Sourcing Outlook 2017. EBG will respond to you asap.
We hope you will join us for a 3-course dinner on the 18th at cost price!
If joining for dinner (which we hope you are – at cost price), payment will be made via credit card. EBG use Pay Pal and you will be sent an e-mail via the PayPal system to the e-mail address stated in the registration form. After payment is received you will receive a receipt from EBG. Please review the below registration and cancellation terms before applying. Do not apply unless you wish to attend the summit. Once confirmed your registration is binding but can be replaced, see below conditions.

Application
Registration and Cancellation terms
You have received an invitation to join Sourcing Outlook 2017 free of charge. Your participation details will only be shared with Sourcing Outlook 2017 partners. You will automatically become a member of EBG | Network ensuring you get updates and insights over the year. You can easily opt out at any time.
• You are a practitioner (i.e not a consultant or service provider)
• You answer the Sourcing & Category Management Challenges Survey (no personal data shared with anyone) All who respond will receive the summary report
• You work in an organization with more than 1500 employees OR have a turnover beyond 3 billion SEK (or the equivalent)
• You have the experience, seniority and mandate to contribute in in-depth discussions during the summit
• You have never attended an EBG | Network summit before (if you have, feel free to ask a colleague to apply!)
There are a limited number of free of charge tickets. EBG | Network take the liberty to consider your application based on the above criteria and the group as a whole. EBG will reply to your application within a few days. The offer will expire when the tickets available are fully booked.
The free of charge registration is limited to end users and you are invited as a business professional, not as a private person – hence the request for business details.
Private registration details will not be accepted. The registration is binding. You can at any time replace your participation with a senior colleague (end user) after consulting with EBG.
You check in at the registration desk. If you cancel and do not replace your participation with a colleague or if you do not show up at the conference (for any reason or do not join us throughout the day) – EBG will charge you with 3 000 SEK + VAT (25%). We are happy to invest in your participation – all we ask of you is that you join us or send a colleague.
Why these rules?
As we hope you can tell – EBG has invited many experienced end users to join the Summit and share their experiences. We want to make sure their and EBGs time spent on this Summit is valued. Sourcing Outlook 2017 – as all EBG networking summits – is built upon its participants joining us throughout the Summit. EBG tailor make its Summits to fit with the number of participants registered.
We are happy to say that those having been a part of our Summits testify to very valuable experience exchange opportunities and indisputably well spent time.
